At SaloniSalon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Opened or used cosmetics and beauty products
- Personal care items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because the product arrived damaged or defective.
