Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopsmartly87@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
